Our objective is to provide the best medical and surgical care for our
patients that we possibly can within the bounds of humanity, compassion
and financial parameters allowed. We will strive to be courteous and
answer your questions in a straightforward and timely manner. Communication
between owners, staff and doctors is absolutely essential to meet your
needs and expectations, and to help you understand the needs and reasons
for the care provided to your pet. We will strive to care for your pet
as we would our own. We understand that at times we are dealing with
stressed, frightened animals who require gentle, conscientious care.
We understand that your pet is a valuable member of your family.
Billing Policy
Our clients seek and expect quality medical care for their pets whom
they regard as family members. The doctors and staff at Pet Street Station
Animal Hospital are dedicated to providing that care. That dedication
requires an enormous financial commitment to provide a modern hospital
setting, up-to-date medicines and equipment, and a well-trained staff.
To maintain this level of care we must diligently collect our fees for
these services.
We cannot offer credit other than credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and
Discover) for routine medical services. We understand that unexpected
emergencies arise. If you do not have a credit card and cannot pay your
entire balance at the time your pet is discharged from the hospital you
must contact the office manager or hospital administrator directly to
work out any alternative payment plan.
